It’s all about getting the job done.
Think of it as a halogen quartz tube, designed to run on high voltage and get hot, fast. You wire it in when you need a serious blast of concentrated infrared heat, but don’t have a lot of space to work with.

Power, Voltage, and Size

Here’s the thing about the 400V, 2500W rating. It’s a smart choice. We wanted to pack a lot of heat into a small package without having to use thick, expensive copper wiring.
At 300mm long, it concentrates all that wattage into a tight hot zone. The result? You get a heater that warms up almost instantly, and gives you predictable temperature control.
But there’s a trade-off. Packing 2500W into such a small space means the surrounding parts are going to feel the heat. So you need to plan for it. Make sure your machine has proper cooling and that you space things out right. If you don’t, you’re asking for a shorter lifespan.
